Grozni Mall

Chechnya - 2010

The Grozny Mall design is inspired by the classical and neoclassical styles of Dr. Zhivago, a famous novel by Boris Pasternak. The 17,000 m2 mall's architecture features grandiose columns, ornate facades, and sweeping staircases, evoking the elegance and sophistication of the novel's Russian aristocratic settings. The design aims to transport shoppers to a bygone era of refinement and luxury, while also providing a modern and functional shopping experience.
